Speaking about the Sun

I’ve recently started reading ‘Morning & Evening’ by Charles Spurgeon, it’s a very short devotional with some very deep and thought provoking ideas. It was 99 cents on Kindle and I have been trying to discipline myself to read it right when I wake and moments before I go to sleep.

Today’s morning bit had a quote I thought was worth sharing:

“A Christian ought to be a comforter, with kind words on his lips, and sympathy on his heart; he should carry sunshine wherever he goes, and diffuse happiness around him”
