[Beer Truly is the Champagne of Cocktails](https://www.nytimes.com/2020/08/14/dining/drinks/beer-cocktails.html) This reminds me of one of my favorite cocktails – my IPA cocktail.
**Jen’s IPA Cocktail**
•1 oz lime
•1 oz simple syrup
•10 oz West Coast Style IPA
Add ingredients to suitably sized glass, add ice and give a quick stir. Garnish with lime 🍹
